Mrs Paula Watts

Paula is responsible for the day to day management and development of the practice, ensuring that patient services are provided safely, efficiently and effectively to the highest possible standards. She deals with complaints on behalf of the practice and is happy to receive comments and suggestions concerning our services from patients at any time.


The reception staff will assist you in making urgent and routine appointments to see your doctor, arrange repeat prescriptions.

The receptionists are trained to take essential details sympathetically and are able to answer many of your queries in complete confidence.

They will act as a link between you and other members of the team. If you are in doubt about anything please ask a receptionist for help. Our staff always aim to be courteous and to facilitate the smooth running of the practice


Mrs Tracy Morgan

Tracy deals with Doctors' correspondence, making referrals and hospital appointments, handling patients queries, and liaising with other healthcare teams.
